• Really understand them, their needs, wants, pains, motives, drivers
• Understand their behaviour – find out how they get information, make decisions, and shop and find out where it happens

🧠 Know yourself

• Where do you come from
• Where do you want to go
• What makes you better than everyone else
• What is your unfair advantage? (what do you have that others can’t get, even if they tried)
